About Operations Dashboard
The OPS360 Dashboard is your real-time operational command centre. A KPI strip across the top highlights the numbers that matter most (outstanding invoices, active projects, pending tasks, open incidents, and more) while a configurable date filter lets you scope every metric to the time range you need.
Below the KPI strip, a fully drag-and-drop widget layout puts you in control. Add, reposition, and resize widgets that pull live data from across the platform: form submissions, project progress, payment summaries, inventory levels, order statuses, and incident counts.
Each widget updates in real time, so you always see the latest picture without navigating away from the page. An Edit Mode toggle lets you rearrange your layout freely, and a one-click Reset Layout option restores the default configuration whenever you want a fresh start.
Because every user can save their own arrangement, a field manager and a finance lead can look at the same dashboard page yet see entirely different information hierarchies. The Dashboard adapts to your screen size and keeps every critical number front and centre: no spreadsheets, no tab-switching, and no waiting for batch reports.
