Using a drag-and-drop interface, you can create forms with text fields, dropdowns, checkboxes, date pickers, photo capture, video recording, barcode scanning, digital signatures, GPS location stamps, and more.

Conditional logic lets you build intelligent forms that adapt based on user responses. If an inspector marks an item as "Failed," the form can automatically require a photo, a description of the issue, and a corrective action selection.

This ensures data quality and completeness without burdening users with irrelevant fields. Forms can be standalone or attached to tasks and projects, creating structured data collection workflows. When a technician completes a maintenance task, the attached form captures exactly what was done, what parts were used, and what condition the asset is in.

Approval workflows route completed forms to the right managers automatically. Location-based submission controls ensure forms are only submitted from authorised locations: critical for field operations, inspections, and compliance audits.
