Your operations copilot
The AI Assistant is a voice and chat copilot built into OPS360. Ask it questions in plain language, by typing or speaking, and it draws on more than 25 specialist agents to help with tasks across sales, inventory, bookings, payroll, customers, and more.
Grounded in your data
The Assistant works with your live OPS360 data that you have permission to access. It is not a general web search or an all-knowing oracle; its answers are grounded in what is in your account, so results reflect your real records.
Specialist agents
Instead of one generic bot, the Assistant routes your request to the right specialist agent. Depending on the question, an agent can look up figures, summarise activity, or help you take an action, then hand back a clear response.
Credits and usage
- Your plan includes 30 AI credits per month.
- Each interaction uses credits based on the work involved.
- If you need more, add-on credits are available.
Use it well
