OPS360 is built to fit your business rather than the other way round. It is modular, which means you turn on only the parts you actually need and leave the rest switched off.
Pay for what you use
Billing is per active module. You are charged only for the modules you have enabled, so a small business paying for a handful of tools is not subsidising features it never touches. As your needs grow, you simply switch more modules on.
Modules appear as you enable them
When you activate a module, it appears in your left-hand menu ready to use. Turn one off and it drops out of the menu again. Your workspace always reflects exactly what you are paying for.
Changes from the next cycle
When you add or remove modules, your billing adjusts from the next cycle, so changes are predictable and easy to plan for.
Currencies and invoices
OPS360 supports billing in GBP, USD and INR. You can view your current plan, active modules and past invoices at any time under Billing. To control who is allowed to manage billing, see Users, teams & roles.
