Custom Domains let you serve OPS360 pages from a web address you own, so your business looks joined up rather than sending customers to a generic link.

Secure by default
When you map a domain, SSL is set up automatically, so pages are served over a secure connection without you having to buy or renew certificates yourself.
How mapping works
- Add the domain or subdomain you want to use in your settings.
- Update your DNS records with the values shown, at your domain provider.
- Wait for the change to take effect; the secure certificate is issued automatically once the domain is verified.
DNS changes can take a little time to spread across the internet, so a new domain may not go live the instant you save it. Once it is verified, your storefront, portal or booking pages appear on your own address, served securely.
