E-Signature lets you send documents for signing without printing or posting. Set up a multi-signer flow so each person signs in turn, and everyone gets notified when it is their turn.
Identity verification
Add an extra layer of confidence with OTP identity verification. Signers receive a one-time passcode they must enter before signing, helping confirm the right person is at the keyboard.

Sealed PDFs and audit trail
When everyone has signed, OPS360 produces a sealed PDF that is tamper-evident, alongside a full audit trail recording who signed, when, and the verification steps taken. Together these give you strong evidence of the agreement.
