Location tracking and route replay
OPS360 can track the GPS location of field staff during working hours and replay their route for a shift. This tracking is consent-managed: staff are informed and give consent before their location is recorded, and it is intended for legitimate operational purposes such as safety and proof of visit.
Visits and work orders
Staff check in when they arrive on site, confirming they are at the right place at the right time. Each job is captured as a work order with tasks, notes, photos, and customer sign-off.
