Financial Asset Manager
Track and audit your fixed assets
Financial Asset Manager keeps a single, up-to-date register of your fixed assets — equipment, machinery, IT, furniture and more — with their value over time. It is an asset register built for operational visibility and audits; it does not post to a general ledger.
The asset register
Record each asset with its category, location, purchase cost, acquisition date and expected life. Every asset carries a written-down value, so you can see current net book value (NBV) at a glance while depreciation is tracked across the asset’s life.
Stock-takes and reconciliation
Run periodic stock-takes to verify what you physically hold against the register. Scan asset barcodes during a session, review the reconciliation — assets found, missing or in the wrong location — and close the session once everything is resolved.
Disposals and maintenance
Record disposals when an asset is sold, scrapped or written off, and log maintenance costs against each asset to see its total cost of ownership.
Reports
Built-in reports cover a net book value summary, disposals and maintenance spend — the numbers you need for audits and insurance without manual spreadsheets. Assets can be organised by team and location alongside the rest of your operations.
