Flyers
What Flyers does
Flyers lets you make on-brand artwork — an offer, an event, a notice — without a designer. You pick a design, fill in a few fields, and OPS360 lays it out in your own colours, fonts and logo. The same flyer exports as a social image or as a print-ready PDF.
Pick a design
Six designs ship with every account, each suited to a different job:
- Offer spotlight — one big offer, a price and when it runs
- Evening poster — an event, centred and bold
- Sale badge — a discount you want seen from across the room
- Split announcement — news with the details underneath
- Editorial service — a calmer, text-led layout
- Notice panel — short, clear information
Your brand, automatically
Flyers takes its colours, fonts, logo and footer from your brand kit. Keep the kit filled in and every flyer comes out consistent without you choosing anything.
If your brand kit has no logo, or no contact details, those areas of the flyer are simply left blank — the editor tells you which parts are missing so you can add them under Brand kits.
Fill in the fields
Each design asks for a handful of fields, and each one shows how many characters it allows. The limits are part of the design: a headline that fits is a headline that reads well from a distance.
Approval before anything goes out
A new flyer starts as a draft. Send it for approval and it moves to in review, where someone with the Approve permission can approve or reject it — a rejection asks for a reason, so the author knows what to change.
If you approve your own flyer, that is recorded on it. Nothing stops you, because in a small team the author is often the only approver, but it is visible to anyone who looks.
Editing an approved flyer reopens it as a draft and marks its saved artwork out of date, so an old image cannot go out with new wording.
Sizes and downloads
Every flyer can be produced in several sizes:
- Social — square, portrait, story and link preview
- Print — A5 and A4
- Press — A5 and A4 as a CMYK PDF with 3mm bleed, which is what a commercial printer asks for
Colours on a printed flyer will not match your screen exactly. Print uses a different set of inks, so bright screen colours come out slightly softer — this is normal and affects every printed job, not just OPS360.
Where to find it
Flyers lives inside Social Planner. Anyone who can use Social Planner can create a flyer; approving one needs the Approve permission, which Managers and Admins have by default.
