Employee directory and org chart
Keep a single record for each employee, including contact details, role, department and work location. The org chart gives you a visual view of reporting lines and team structure.
Geo-fenced selfie attendance
Employees can clock in and out with a quick selfie captured at their location. OPS360 records the photo and the check-in position against a defined work area. Note that this is a selfie plus location check, not facial recognition.
Leave, shifts and timesheets
Employees book time off from the portal, and managers approve or decline requests. Balances and accruals update automatically. You can also plan shifts, capture timesheets and track overtime.
Onboarding and self-service
