Accept payments online

OPS360 lets your customers pay you online, so cash arrives faster and reconciliation is far less work. You connect a payment provider once, then take payments against your invoices.

Supported providers

You can connect Stripe, Razorpay or PayPal. Choose the provider that suits your business and region, and connect your own account so funds settle directly to you.

Hosted payment links

Add a hosted payment link to an invoice or share it directly. Customers pay on a secure checkout hosted by the provider, so sensitive card details never pass through your own systems. Once paid, the invoice is marked accordingly.

Refunds

If you need to return money, you can issue a refund against a captured payment. Refunds are processed back through the original provider to the customer's original payment method. Pair a refund with a credit note from the Sales guide to keep your records straight.

Reconciliation

Payments are matched back to their invoices so you can see at a glance what has been paid and what is outstanding. This keeps your sales ledger accurate without manual matching.

Currencies

Payments are supported in GBP, USD and INR, in line with the currencies OPS360 supports for invoicing.
