Agency mode

Recruitment agencies earn on placements. Turn on Agency mode in Recruitment → Settings to unlock placement financials and the Agency dashboard.

Recording a placement

From the Agency dashboard, choose Record Placement and pick the candidate and (optionally) the job:

• Permanent — enter the salary and your fee %; the fee is calculated for you.
• Contract — enter the bill rate, pay rate and estimated units; the margin is calculated for you.

The Agency dashboard

See total revenue (by currency), permanent‑fee vs contract‑margin split, and a breakdown by recruiter and by client — plus a list of every placement and its status (active, completed, fell through).

Set a default fee

In Settings you can set a default permanent fee % so new permanent placements pre‑fill it.
