The pipeline board

Open any job's Pipeline to see candidates as cards across stages. Drag a card to move a candidate, or use the card's ⋮ menu to move or reject without opening the profile.

Quick actions & bulk moves

• ⋮ menu on each card — move to any stage, or reject with a reason.
• Select several with the checkboxes to move or reject candidates in bulk.
• A match badge on each card gives an advisory skill match against the job's requirements.

Interviews & scorecards

Schedule interview rounds from the Job Hub. After an interview, submit a structured scorecard — rate each competency (technical skills, experience, communication, culture fit) plus an overall recommendation. Scores roll up on the candidate profile.

Hiring

Once an offer is accepted, use Convert to Employee — the candidate becomes an HR employee and onboarding starts automatically.
