Users, teams & roles
OPS360 lets you decide exactly who can see and do what. You invite people, give each person a role, and group them into teams that match how your business actually works.
Inviting users
Add a new person by sending an invitation to their email address. They receive a link to set their own password and sign in. There is no limit to how you structure your workforce, though your plan determines how many users you can have.
One user, one role
OPS360 is strictly one user, one role. Each person is assigned a single role, and that role controls their access. Roles are matrix-based, so you grant access down to individual modules and features, not just broad on/off switches. This keeps permissions clear and easy to audit.
Teams and inheritance
Teams model your organisation's hierarchy using parent-child relationships. Permissions flow down the tree, so a parent team's settings are inherited by the teams beneath it. This saves you configuring every level by hand.
Security built in
You can enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) for added protection, and every important action is captured in an audit log so you always know who did what and when.
Once your people are set up, head to your dashboard to see everything at a glance.
