Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 21 August 2026 | Version 1.0
This policy explains how billing, cancellations and refunds work for paid OPS360 subscriptions provided by Delisys Technologies Ltd ("OPS360", "we"). It forms part of, and should be read alongside, our Terms of Service.
1. Subscription plans & billing
- Each account is billed on a single cycle (monthly or annual) chosen at subscription. The two cannot run at the same time.
- After any free trial ends, we charge the payment method on file for the plan you selected and continue to bill it each cycle until you cancel.
- We send billing reminders before each charge. If a charge fails or no payment method is on file, we retry and remind for a short grace period (currently 3 days); if payment is still not completed, the account is moved to the Free plan (see Section 5) rather than being closed.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you change your mind, we will issue a full refund of the amount charged, provided the request is made within 14 days of that charge, in the following cases:
- your initial subscription (the first paid charge after your trial), and
- each annual renewal.
The guarantee does not apply to monthly renewals, for monthly plans it applies only to the initial subscription. To request a refund under this guarantee, contact us within the 14-day window; approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
3. Cancellation
- You can cancel at any time. Outside the 14-day money-back window, cancellation does not trigger a refund of the current period.
- Your paid features remain available until the end of the period you have already paid for (the end of the month, or the end of the year for annual plans). We do not charge you again after you cancel.
- If you change your mind before the period ends, simply remove the cancellation, no further action or payment is required and your subscription continues as normal.
4. Changing your plan mid-cycle
- Upgrades (adding a suite, moving to a higher tier, or adding an add-on) take effect immediately and are charged on a pro-rata basis for the remainder of the current billing period.
- Downgrades (removing a suite, tier or add-on) take effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep the higher plan until then, and no refund or credit is issued for the removed items.
5. The Free plan
When a paid subscription ends: whether you cancel, downgrade fully, or do not complete payment, your account is not closed. It is moved to the Free plan, which keeps a core set of features and your data, so you can continue to use OPS360 and upgrade again whenever you wish.
6. How to request a refund or cancel
Manage your subscription from your account, or contact our team via the Contact page. Refund requests under the money-back guarantee should be made within the 14-day window described in Section 2. We aim to review requests promptly; approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; changes take effect when we update the Effective Date and Version above. Statutory rights that apply to you as a consumer are not affected by this policy.
